Poopify is designed to be private by default. Your logs are stored on your device. No accounts, no servers, no tracking, no ads. This policy explains what that means in detail.
Nothing is sent to us. Poopify does not operate servers that receive your data. We cannot read your logs, see when you logged, or access any information you enter into the app.
The app stores the following on your device (and in your iCloud if you enable sync):
By default: on your device only. All logs are stored locally using Apple's SwiftData. If you delete the app, the data is deleted with it.
Optional: iCloud sync. If you enable iCloud sync in Settings, your logs are stored in your personal iCloud account and sync to your other devices signed into the same Apple ID. This data is handled by Apple under Apple's privacy terms. We cannot see or access your iCloud data.
Poopify does not include any analytics SDKs, advertising networks, crash reporting services, or third-party tracking. We do not know whether you opened the app today.
If you enable reminders, the app uses Apple's local notification system. Notifications are scheduled on your device. They are not sent from a server. You can choose a notification style that controls how much (or how little) detail appears on your lock screen. You can disable notifications any time in Settings.
If you enable App Lock, Poopify uses Face ID or Touch ID to authenticate. This is handled entirely by Apple. We never receive, store, or have access to your biometric data.
You can export your data as a CSV file from Settings at any time. You can delete all your data from Settings, or by deleting the app. If iCloud sync is enabled, deleting the app removes it from this device; to remove it from iCloud, toggle sync off or delete the app from iCloud Settings on your device.
Poopify is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone, regardless of age.
Poopify is a tracking and habit tool. It does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for any health concerns.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated in-app or via an app update.
