VibeWidgets is designed to be private by default. Your widgets, photos, and health data stay on your device. No accounts, no servers, no tracking, no ads. This policy explains what that means in detail.
Nothing is sent to us. VibeWidgets does not operate servers that receive your data. We cannot read your widgets, your health data, your photos, or any text you enter into the app.
The app stores the following on your device:
On your device only. Widget configurations and preferences are stored in a shared App Group container so the widget extension can render them on your Home Screen. If you delete the app, the data is deleted with it.
VibeWidgets does not use iCloud sync, account systems, or any cloud backup. We do not have a backend.
VibeWidgets can show steps, active calories, heart rate, resting heart rate, sleep, stand hours, and walking/running distance. These metrics are read from Apple Health only after you grant permission by tapping "Connect Apple Health" on a Health widget.
The values are written to a local snapshot file inside the app container so the widget can display them without re-querying HealthKit on every refresh. The snapshot never leaves your device. We do not transmit, share, sell, or back up your health data, and we do not use it for advertising, profiling, or any non-display-related purpose.
You can revoke access at any time in iOS Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → VibeWidgets.
When you choose a background image for a widget, iOS's system photo picker hands the app only the image you selected. The app does not read your full photo library. The selected image is resized and saved to a private folder inside the app's container so the widget can render it. You can remove or replace the image at any time from the editor.
VibeWidgets does not include any analytics SDKs, advertising networks, crash reporting services, or third-party tracking libraries. We do not know whether you opened the app today, which widgets you create, or what themes you prefer.
The app reads your device locale to suggest a default country during onboarding so it can show locally-relevant festival, sports, and exam presets. The country you select is stored on your device, never transmitted.
VibeWidgets does not send push notifications and does not request notification permissions.
VibeWidgets is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone, regardless of age.
All data lives on your device. To delete everything, delete the app from your iPhone. iOS removes the app, its widget extension, its App Group container, and all stored images at the same time.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated in-app or via an app update.
