VibeWidgets Terms of Service

Agreement

By downloading or using VibeWidgets ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

License

VibeWidgets is provided as a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with Apple's standard End User License Agreement and the App Store Terms of Service.

User Content

Any text, dates, photos, or configurations you create inside the app remain yours. The app stores that content on your device only. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the app or its preset content
• Use the app to create or display content that is illegal, harassing, or infringes someone else's rights

Apple Health Disclaimer

VibeWidgets displays Apple Health metrics for personal reference only. It is not a medical device, does not provide medical diagnosis or advice, and should not be used to make health decisions. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for health concerns.

No Warranty

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any specific feature will continue to be available.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Polo Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the app.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the updated terms. The current version is always available at this URL.
